standards that must be met by all suppliers and their subcontractors and agents who provide goods
or services to Treval Engineering Ltd

Suppliers must comply with all applicable international, national, and local laws and regulations,
including those related to:
- Labor and employment
- Health and safety
- Environmental protection
- Anti-corruption and bribery
- Data protection and privacy
- Trade, import, and export
3. Labor and Human Rights
Suppliers must uphold the human rights of workers and treat them with dignity and respect. This
includes:
- No forced labour: Employment must be freely chosen.
- No child labour: Workers must meet the minimum age requirements.
- Fair wages and benefits: Compensation must meet legal standards.
- Working hours: Must comply with applicable laws regarding working hours and overtime.
- Non-discrimination: Equal opportunities for all, regardless of race, gender, religion, or
other status. - Freedom of association: Respect for employees' rights to form or join labour unions.

Suppliers must provide a safe and healthy working environment by:
- Complying with occupational health and safety laws
- Identifying and mitigating health and safety risks
- Providing appropriate safety training and protective equipment
5. Environmental Responsibility
Suppliers must operate in an environmentally responsible manner, including:
- Complying with environmental laws and regulations
- Minimizing waste, emissions, and energy usage
- Promoting sustainable sourcing and recycling
6. Ethical Business Practices
Suppliers are expected to conduct business ethically and with integrity:
- Anti-bribery: No bribes, kickbacks, or corrupt practices
- Fair competition: Compliance with antitrust and competition laws
- Conflicts of interest: Avoid any relationships that create a conflict
- Confidentiality: Protect Treval Engineering Ltd confidential and proprietary information
- Intellectual property: Respect the intellectual property rights of others
7. Monitoring and Compliance
Treval Engineering ltd reserves the right to assess and monitor supplier compliance through:
- Self-assessments and audits
- Site visits (announced or unannounced)
- Corrective action plans if violations are identified
8. Reporting Violations

Retaliation against those who report concerns in good faith will not be tolerated.
